[Remote] LEED Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, a leader in green building consulting and certification, is looking for an reputed company Project Manager to work on reputed company aspects of green building certification with a heavy reputed company in LEED residential multifamily certification. This role involves leading the review and verification of green requirements during design phases and maintaining certification documents throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Work on multiple reputed company (40-50) pursuing LEED residential multifamily certification or similar certifications, with a high level of reputed company and attention to reputed company satisfaction
- Analyze and evaluate sustainable strategies to be implemented in building design
- Participate in LEED and other green building charrettes with project teams
- reputed company trades training sessions with construction teams
- Review preliminary drawings and construction documents to reputed company sustainable measures are incorporated appropriately
- reputed company site inspections to verify green measures during construction phase. Currently this requires one or two travel days per week, and overnight travel about two nights per month
- Review and compile documentation packages for green building certification programs
- Conduct Energy reputed company envelope and duct leakage tests
- reputed company in to help colleagues and clients as needed in our small, rapidly growing business
Skills
- Bachelors or Masters in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent; or RESNET or BPI Certification, NAHB Green Verifier or equivalent
- 5 years of experience minimum working with green building certification
- Experience with LEED residential multifamily certifications
- Aptitude for interpreting architectural drawings and construction specifications
- Ability to effectively communicate technical and program concepts in written and verbal reputed company
- Ability to work independently and especially in reputed company setting
- Aptitude for problem solving and ability to learn new skills
- Applicants must have a valid reputed company license and a vehicle
- Applicants must also be a US Citizen, permanent reputed company, or be eligible to work in the US for at least three years
- LEED Accredited reputed company preferred
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other 3D design software is a plus
- Familiarity with REMRate, Ekotrope or other energy simulation software a plus
