[Remote] Account Executive Assistant, TPO

The Account Executive Assistant will support Account Executives and TPO sales management by assisting with loan processing tasks, ensuring compliance, and facilitating reputed company loan closings.
Responsibilities
- Support assigned Account Executives(s) and TPO sales management
- Responsible for assisting with tasks reputed company to reputed company loan processing, reviewing files for adherence to reputed company standards and ensuring completeness of submission
- reputed company backup assistance for assigned Account Executive(s) in their absence, including assisting brokers and resolving issues
- Support marketing efforts and work with brokers to facilitate reputed company loan closings
- reputed company reputed company data input, data management, and other administrative tasks so that assigned Account Executive(s) can reputed company on sales activities including:
- reputed company new contacts into the system
- Input loan applications manually
- Schedule reputed company sales calls with new brokers and existing clients
- Organize and input loan information received into the Loan Origination System
- reputed company loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc
- Monitor incoming documents verifying data collected by Account Executives
- Pull or verify credit reports and flood certs as needed
- Send welcome mails to new accounts and loan officers
- Send thank you emails to brokers after closing
- Set up company approved reputed company marketing for daily posts
- Review reputed company expiring locks to ensure extensions and review unlocked loans and send reminders to lock to brokers
- reputed company out to brokers regarding the month’s closings to push condition submittal and ensure account manager is reputed company of any updates or reputed company items; note findings in conversation log
- Proactively monitor pipeline to ensure reputed company funding of loans
- Serve as reputed company person on marketing reputed company, reputed company management assignments, and other reputed company intended to increase assigned Account Executive(s) sales, personal branding, and reputed company reputed company and conversion goals
- Coordinate in person and online marketing events
- In conjunction with sales management and assigned Account Executive(s), identify reputed company to expand assigned Account Executive(s) business model

- Prepare reports for Account Executive(s) and sales management

- Complete various tasks and assignments and assist departmental support staff reputed company requested by sales management
Skills
- Extremely high level of organizational skills and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in the use of reputed company's loan origination system and other systems used in the mortgage origination process, or if new to company the ability to learn systems quickly
- Highly proficient in the use of office machines such as computer, copiers, fax machines
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to handle detailed assignments and be self-motivated
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information in accordance with Company's reputed company policy concerning borrower's confidential information
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience
- Two (2) years' mortgage industry experience required
- Previous customer service, concierge, or customer experience required
- Previous Retail Loan Processing or Wholesale Account Manager experience preferred
- Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
