[Remote] Contract Recruiter

This fully remote contract position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire reputed company across various positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and recruitment strategies
- reputed company reputed company candidates using job boards, reputed company media, networking, referrals, and other reputed company channels
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
