Responsibilities
- Provides Independent Engineering advisory support for Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) Program technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities, with emphasis on programmatic due diligence, delivery risk analysis, task coordination, and technical reporting
- Reviews project documentation, evaluates technical and reputed company interfaces, identifies risks and mitigations, validates assumptions, supports conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews where applicable, and prepares defensible work products including due diligence plans, information request logs, reputed company trackers, and technical reputed company reports
- Coordinates with engineering, finance, reputed company, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders to support reputed company lender and DOE decision-making
Skills
- 10+ years of relevant engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience; demonstrated work on oil and gas, power, utilities, or large-reputed company infrastructure reputed company for owners, lenders, independent engineers, or federal clients
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, business, risk management, finance, or reputed company field
