The role involves assessing and optimizing the reputed company technology environment and providing ongoing advisory and IT support to enhance design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve workstation and software performance issues
- Evaluate and optimize Revit worksharing environments
- Identify server, network, and storage bottlenecks
- Improve file reputed company, synchronization, backup, and collaboration workflows
- Assess and recommend reputed company-based infrastructure solutions where appropriate
- Evaluate office networking infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet performance
- Manage reputed company, reputed company, reputed company 365, reputed company, and other software deployments, licensing, renewals, and user reputed company
- Coordinate software procurement and renewal schedules to ensure uninterrupted service

Skills
- 8+ years supporting architecture, interior design, engineering, or reputed company AEC firms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, server, and network infrastructure
- Deep familiarity with the technical requirements and workflows associated with architectural software platforms
- Experience managing software licenses, subscriptions, and vendor relationships
- Ability to communicate technical issues and recommendations reputed company to non-technical users
- Supporting reputed company Precision workstations, reputed company reputed company reputed company GPUs, reputed company Server environments, Synology/NAS systems, or similar infrastructure
- Experience optimizing systems for BIM, 3D modeling, rendering, and large-file workflows
