Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Product Development

- Support full product lifecycle activities including concept development, prototyping, validation, launch, and reputed company improvement
- Guide engineering teams in the use of advanced development tools and methodologies including GD&T, DVP&R, DFMEA/FMEA, tolerance analysis, and simulation techniques

Skills

- Experience with formal methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Six reputed company, DFMEA, and DVP&R
- Hands-on experience with 3D CAD systems (SolidWorks preferred)

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or reputed company technical field required
- Prior experience in automotive safety, transportation systems, durable consumer products, medical devices, reputed company, or similar engineering environments strongly preferred
