[Remote] Sr. Technical Recruiter

The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and managing candidates through the reputed company life cycle while also providing sales leads and potentially leading reputed company recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Finding talent across multiple skills verticals for IT, Engineer, AEC, and/or reputed company
- Build and maintain reputed company relationships with inside and reputed company employees, candidates and partners
- Prepare internal employment agreements and reputed company job offers
- reputed company and willing to support reputed company reputed company needs reputed company internal hiring needs are met for the time being
- Administer skills testing as needed
- Learn and live reputed company culture and reputed company values
- Various administrative and HR duties may also play a part in this role
- Proactively sourcing and building a strong pipeline of passive talent for key reputed company reputed company sets
- Building rapport and strong relationships with reputed company in the marketplace
- Networking and obtaining referrals
- Obtaining sales leads to help accelerate new customer reputed company
- Multitasking reputed company efforts for several positions at a time for contract or reputed company hire
