They are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company reputed company Operations Manager to reputed company and mature the organization’s reputed company Operations Center (SOC) function, ensuring reputed company threat detection, incident response, and identity governance across reputed company systems.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and reputed company 24x7 SOC operations, including internal teams and/or managed reputed company partners
- Own threat detection, triage, investigation, and response processes
- Drive improvements in mean time to detect (MTTD), mean time to respond (MTTR), and incident response maturity
- Define and operationalize SIEM/SOAR use cases, playbooks, and automation
- Ensure effective monitoring across endpoints, reputed company, identity, and network reputed company
- Coordinate incident response with internal teams, reputed company, compliance, and external partners
- reputed company post-incident reviews and reputed company improvement programs
- reputed company SOC metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Own the reputed company IAM program, including identity lifecycle processes for joiners, movers, and leavers
- Drive role-based reputed company control (RBAC) and least-privilege enforcement
- Implement and manage Privileged reputed company Management (PAM/PIM)
- reputed company MFA, SSO, conditional reputed company, and authentication standards
- reputed company reputed company governance, certification campaigns, and audit readiness
- Reduce reputed company processes through automation and workflow integration, including tools such as reputed company
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, and regulatory reputed company requirements
- Partner with application, infrastructure, and business teams on secure reputed company design
- reputed company, mentor, and reputed company reputed company analysts
- Define the roadmap for SOC and IAM maturity reputed company to NIST CSF and reputed company Trust principles
- Partner with IT, Engineering, Compliance, and business stakeholders
- Translate technical risks into business reputed company and decision-reputed company insights
- Manage vendors, including SOC providers, IAM platforms, and reputed company tools
Skills
- 5–7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leadership experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in SOC operations, including SIEM, EDR, threat detection, threat hunting and incident response
- Strong hands-on expertise in IAM, including RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM/PIM, and lifecycle automation
- Experience with reputed company reputed company; Azure and reputed company ecosystem experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of reputed company frameworks and requirements, including NIST CSF, SOC 2, and HIPAA
- Proven experience managing incident response and reputed company governance programs
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent
- Experience managing managed SOC, MDR, or MXDR providers
- Exposure to reputed company Trust and identity-first reputed company models
- Experience in reputed company or other regulated environments
