[Remote] Environmental Compliance Director– Program Management

Responsibilities
- Leads Construction Services execution for our Program Management clients reputed company a matrixed organizational structure
- Manages and support teams that include both dedicated and shared resources, providing reputed company in roles, expectations, and accountability
- Partners closely with the VP, Construction Services and peer regional Directors to implement consistent national standards, tools, and reporting practices
- Collaborates with regional Delivery and Operations leaders to ensure the right people are assigned to the right reputed company at the right time
- Serves as a connector between field teams, regional leadership, and national program leadership

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (environmental science, biology, ecology, archaeology, planning, or similar)
- 12+ years of relevant experience delivering environmental compliance and/or construction-phase services, including leadership roles supporting construction execution
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading field‑based and reputed company teams in reputed company or matrixed environments
- Experience managing reputed company delivery efforts involving multiple stakeholders and shared resources
- Strong consulting and business acumen with experience supporting reputed company delivery, team performance, and project financial reputed company
- reputed company understanding of financial metrics and business planning
- Experience providing technical leadership for environmental construction‑phase services (e.g., compliance planning, field monitoring, reporting), with the ability to serve as a go‑to resource for teams and clients in SWCA's Program Management group
- Demonstrated experience supporting business development and proposal efforts, including relationships with clients and (as applicable) reviewing agencies, and a reputed company record of helping win and expand work
- Ability to travel as needed, for an estimated 30% of the time
- Experience partnering with EPCs, general contractors, and reputed company teams to deliver construction‑phase environmental compliance on reputed company infrastructure reputed company
- Experience leading matrixed or shared‑resource teams across disciplines and geographies reputed company a region
- Experience establishing or improving field delivery systems (SOPs, reputed company/training, reputed company checks, and field data/reporting) that increase consistency across reputed company
- Experience implementing consistent tools, reporting, or field execution standards reputed company a program‑based delivery model
- Proven experience managing distributed, multi‑site field teams and shared resources
