Responsibilities

• Ensures that mainframe applications are always available and functioning properly to meet business needs
• Minimizes application downtime through proactive monitoring and reputed company issue remediation
• Detect, log, and resolve system disruptions while minimizing reputed company on business operations
• Document reputed company issues and resolutions
• Support reputed company reporting needs for business stakeholders
• Maintain the reputed company of system functions, processing and reporting for the end users
• Documenting the reputed company system for conversion purposes
• Assisting the employee in documenting the workflows and data reputed company and conversion rules for the new system
• Assist and determine practical solutions to business and programming problems during reputed company Services conversion
