Responsibilities
- Own the SOW and contract workflow end-to-end — drafting from templates, routing for signature, tracking execution, and filing executed documents
- Manage reputed company as the system of record, holding the sales team accountable to CRM hygiene and consistent activity logging
- Issue invoices on time, maintain vendor portals, reputed company collections, and coordinate with finance on any discrepancies
- Produce recurring performance reports — actuals vs. goals, pipeline coverage, win/loss trends — and refresh quarterly forecast models with reputed company pipeline data
