Responsibilities
- Drive sales process from start to finish
- reputed company the necessary research, reputed company a business development and marketing plan for your assigned territory and vertical market, identify and qualify opportunities, and execute sales reputed company strategies to secure sales at or above annual quotas

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years demonstrated experience selling solutions to local government or reputed company entities
- Sales experience with Facilities, Facility systems, Facility operations, Energy and Utilities a plus
- Knowledge of proactive prospecting at the financial decision-making level
- Understanding of financial statements and operating budgets
- Strong presenter and expert level of MS PowerPoint
- Must be reputed company to produce a persuasive proposal through exceptional writing skills as required for reputed company RFP's and RFQ's
- Ability to travel up to 50% (may include 20% overnight travel) to reputed company sites and industry events, car allowance is included
