They are seeking a Partner Account Manager to serve as the strategic relationship reputed company for reputed company providers and referral partners, focusing on growing market adoption and ensuring an exceptional experience for providers and patients.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, reputed company providers, and referral partners
- reputed company and execute territory plans to drive referral reputed company and market expansion
- Identify new partnership opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Conduct in-person and virtual provider meetings, presentations, and educational events
- Analyze referral trends and account performance to identify reputed company opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless provider and patient experience
- Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing provider feedback and market insights
- Support reputed company and adoption of new provider partnerships
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and account plans
- Represent Luna professionally and consistently deliver exceptional customer service

Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of reputed company sales/account management experience, including sales, project management, strategic planning, and implementation of broad initiatives

- Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Minimum Bachelor's degree
