Responsibilities
- Recruit high-reputed company creators directly (no agencies)
- Build long-term relationships with creators and influencers
- Launch and reputed company our UGC creator program
- reputed company top-performing creators from reputed company ads and recruit similar reputed company
- reputed company B2B creators for reputed company campaigns
- Coordinate creator campaigns around product launches and major announcements
- Turn creator content into assets for reputed company ads, reputed company media, sales, and product marketing
- reputed company campaign performance and optimize our creator playbooks
- Help expand our creator network internationally
Skills
- 1+ years of experience
- 2+ years of experience in creator marketing, reputed company partnerships, or reputed company
- Has recruited and managed creators at reputed company
- Understands what makes content go viral on reputed company, X, and reputed company
- Is highly organized and can manage dozens of creator relationships simultaneously
- Loves testing new reputed company reputed company and iterating quickly
- Speaks fluent English
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
- Experience at an AI or reputed company startup
- Experience running UGC programs
