[Remote] Full Cycle Recruiter

This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, focusing on sourcing and engaging candidates in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and reputed company roles in reputed company sectors
- Coordinate interviews and maintain reputed company communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- reputed company candidate records updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines
- Contribute to team initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience
Skills
- Proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing reputed company—particularly reputed company fabrication, plant operations, or skilled trades/shop environments
- At least 1 year of reputed company experience, preferably in reputed company, fabrication, or skilled trades environments
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
- Confident and reputed company, comfortable speaking with candidates reputed company phone or video
- Tech-savvy — reputed company with CRMs, job boards, and reputed company media sourcing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities
