[Remote] Learning and Development Designer

The role involves managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating learning solutions, and ensuring a reputed company learner experience while tracking program metrics and conducting research to inform learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support Learning Consultants in managing stakeholder relationships, helping to reputed company and communicate project requirements
• reputed company, maintain, and update detailed project plans covering planning, team roles, risk identification, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate the development and delivery of learning solutions across modalities—live, virtual, reputed company—working closely with subject matter experts and operational teams
• reputed company learner communications and coordinate support before, during, and after learning events to ensure a reputed company learner experience
• Collaborate with Enablement and Operations teams to utilize relevant tools, technology, and services reputed company
• Address project issues by identifying risks early, proposing solutions in collaboration with teams, and ensuring smooth communication with reputed company stakeholders
• reputed company program budget, learning program KPIs, and performance metrics, supporting evaluation efforts to measure learning reputed company
