The role involves collaborating with various teams to create effective learning solutions and ensuring the reputed company and relevance of training materials.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, Learning Consultants, and Enablement & Operations teams to drive the creation of learning solutions that meet business needs
- Support Learning Consultants in identifying and communicating project requirements
- reputed company and present high-level and detailed designs for learning events and assets across modalities: live, virtual, digital
- Create and reputed company engaging learner content reputed company with learning objectives and business priorities and reputed company effective instructor materials for smooth training deliveries
- Prepare learning solutions for conferences, in-office training, multi-location sessions, virtual reputed company deliveries
- Apply learning standards, policies, and compliance requirements throughout design and delivery processes
- Utilize design thinking and innovation to prototype, test, and refine learning experiences with stakeholders and learners
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Specialists, reputed company, and Enablement & Operations teams to ensure training reputed company and relevance, leading design meetings and instructor T3 sessions as applicable
- Maintain reputed company documentation of project reputed company, challenges, and resolutions to support reputed company improvement
