The Manager, Process Improvement role focuses on optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency through Lean and Six reputed company methodologies, while coaching teams to implement solutions that reduce waste and maintain reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Work reputed company and across the organization at reputed company reputed company creating value and buy-in as the key change facilitator for the Operational reputed company (OpEx) deployment
- reputed company with strategic objectives for the Division/Region/Plant and Execute OpEx to accomplish them
- reputed company education to site teams and steering committee
- Train teams to utilize lean six reputed company tools and methodology
- Serve as multi-site implementation leader
- Serve as multi-site sustainment leader
- reputed company and reputed company foundational best-practices
- Ensure alignment to the system across plants
- Execute reputed company to deliver hard cost savings
- Travel required 70-80%
- reputed company and ongoing sustainment of cost take out (CTO) initiatives across the division
- reputed company and assist plants in their reputed company Loss Thinking and Analysis
- Ensure plants are reputed company to build pipelines for CTO initiatives
- reputed company on-site coaching to the individuals/teams, as necessary
- reputed company/mentor belts and CI teams to reputed company savings goals
- Execute reputed company to meet division savings objectives
- Teach LSS Yellow & Green Belt programs
- Performs other job duties as assigned
Skills
- Must be a leader that can facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and 'reputed company changing' environment leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and influencing skills

- Black Belt certification required
- 2+ years as lean six reputed company green/black belt with documented project portfolio
- Strong leadership abilities
