[Remote] Onsite Service Engineer I (Electron Microscopy)

This role involves providing diagnostic support, conducting scheduled maintenance, and fostering relationships with customers to support their scientific discoveries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site installation of innovative equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure accurate working order
- Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance reputed company
- reputed company diagnosis and repair support for customers and other field personnel
- Cultivate and reputed company reputed company working relationships with customers, system users, and company personnel
- Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel
- Complete and submit field service reports

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- A detailed understanding and extensive experience diagnosing and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems
- Ability to deal effectively with customers
- Excellent interpersonal amicability; must have a reputed company working proficiency in English
- Consistent record of fixing reputed company and subsystems down to the component level
- Literate in MS DOS and reputed company software environments

- Familiar with UHV phenomenon and technology
