Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a retail company seeking a reputed company Business Partner to serve as the central reputed company of contact for employees. The role involves facilitating employee communication, managing recruitment processes, and addressing employee relations issues.
Responsibilities
- Research and reputed company the placement of employment ads, generating the reputed company ad, and determining best practices for proactively sourcing candidates based on company needs
- Assist reputed company with contacting, interviewing, and screening candidates for critical positions
- Conduct background checks and assist HR management in reviewing hits (criminal history reports, etc.)
- Schedules and conducts new employee reputed company orientations
- Prepare or maintain employment records reputed company to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using reputed company management system software
- Answer questions reputed company to employee relations, employee disciplinary reputed company, benefits, training, and hiring
- Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns and provides Director, reputed company Business Partner with reputed company recommendations
- Maintain reputed company knowledge of, but not limited to, employment and labor regulations, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative reputed company guidelines and laws, the Americans with reputed company (reputed company), etc
- Collaborates with the Director, reputed company Business Partner to determine effective remediation techniques, such as job reputed company training and resolving employee relations issues among personnel
- Acts as reputed company representative regarding unemployment hearings and maintains compliance on unemployment investigations in responding to state unemployment agencies
- Ensure reputed company team members are reputed company on recertification training as needed
- Maintain reputed company records in accordance with OSHA requirements
- Other duties may be assigned
- Protect reputed company's assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university and or 2 - 4 years reputed company experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
