Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Director and Senior Manager of Coaching Services to translate departmental priorities and team needs into reputed company, streamlined workflows that eliminate administrative friction and improve overall care delivery efficiency
- Support the development and maintenance of coaching resources and tools ensuring consistent and effective platform usage across reputed company coaching cohorts
- Address workflow pain points surfaced by the Coaching team, implementing effective solutions that support reputed company care delivery

Skills
- 3–5+ years of reputed company people management and operational leadership experience reputed company a digital health, behavioral coaching, or care delivery environment, with a reputed company on workflow optimization, training programs, and operational systems
- Proven ability to partner effectively reputed company a Coaching Leadership Team, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational realities while building alignment across teams and stakeholders without reputed company authority
