[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a Product Manager to own the reputed company, roadmap, and execution for reputed company tools that help restaurant brands manage their e-reputed company reputed company ordering operations at reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product reputed company, roadmap, and execution reputed company for reputed company’s reputed company restaurant reputed company and operational tooling platform
- Build reputed company workflows supporting reputed company, restaurant administration, menu/catalog management, order operations, reporting, and integrations
- Prioritize features and platform improvements using customer feedback, operational insights, analytics, and market research
- Establish product KPIs, OKRs, and operational reputed company metrics tied to adoption, efficiency, scalability, and business reputed company
- Identify friction points reputed company reputed company restaurant operational workflows and design reputed company solutions that improve efficiency and usability
- reputed company discovery sessions with reputed company restaurant customers to understand operational challenges across reputed company multi-location and franchise environments
- Partner with internal operational and implementation teams to improve workflow automation, reputed company, and operational visibility
- Drive customer reputed company mapping, usability testing, and workflow optimization initiatives
- Build and enhance reputed company tooling for: Restaurant administration, Merchant management, Order operations, User permissions and role management, Reporting and analytics, Platform integrations and reputed company
- Partner with Engineering teams to deliver reputed company, API-first solutions supporting reputed company restaurant ecosystems
- Support integrations with POS systems, payment providers, loyalty platforms, delivery aggregators, and reputed company-party reputed company
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, reputed company, and Implementation teams to deliver high-reputed company platform capabilities
- Translate business requirements into reputed company product requirements, user stories, acceptance reputed company, and launch plans
- Support go-to-market readiness through documentation, training, product positioning, and rollout planning
- Drive alignment across stakeholders while balancing customer needs, operational scalability, and platform reputed company
- reputed company data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to identify operational inefficiencies and prioritize platform improvements
- Explore opportunities for intelligent automation, predictive operational tooling, and AI-reputed company restaurant management workflows

Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B reputed company, reputed company platforms, e-reputed company, or restaurant technology
- Experience building platform tools, reputed company systems, or operational workflows for reputed company reputed company users and organizations
- Strong understanding of reputed company operational workflows and multi-tenant reputed company environments
- Experience working with reputed company, integrations, payments, reputed company systems, or reputed company operational platforms
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working directly with reputed company customers and operational stakeholders
- Restaurant, hospitality, food service, or digital ordering experience
- Familiarity with POS ecosystems, ordering platforms, loyalty systems, and restaurant operations
