[Remote] Group Health Operations Manager

Responsibilities

- This includes meeting scheduling best practices and turnaround time requirements

- Building relationships with key physicians to ensure panel retention
- Monitor key performance metrics of individual Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and reputed company Assurance (QA) Specialists
- Ensure reputed company meets or exceeds 85% of reputed company goals for scheduling and reputed company Assurance targets
- Responsible for hiring new staff members based on increased referral volume and/or the reputed company of new clients

Skills
- RN / LPN License is required
