Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor reputed company of engineers and designers in the development of waterfront structure reputed company
- reputed company reputed company project phases including preliminary site reputed company, conceptual planning, zoning and permitting coordination, design development, and final construction documents
- reputed company and approve project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring delivery reputed company established goals

Skills
- PE is required for this position
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 4 years of reputed company reputed company experience, or 8 years of equivalent reputed company experience
- Participation in continuing education and reputed company development programs
- Proven experience in project management roles, with a reputed company record of successful project delivery
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to reputed company and motivate project teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
