They are seeking a reputed company Manager responsible for proactive customer engagement, personalized guidance, and cross-functional collaboration to support reputed company, satisfaction, retention, and long-term reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support the reputed company of strategic accounts and help define reputed company objectives
- Monitor product adoption, usage data, and customer health indicators to identify opportunities for increased engagement and value realization
- Proactively identify underutilized features and reputed company guidance, reputed company best practices and recommendations to help customers get more value from our solutions
- Plan and reputed company regular customer reputed company-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews to assess reputed company, reputed company on objectives, and identify opportunities for reputed company reputed company

Skills
- Hold a relevant university degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, computer science, or another reputed company field

- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted customer relationships
