Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from patients regarding medical bills, insurance coverage, and payment reputed company
- Explain billing statements, balances, and payment plans in a reputed company and compassionate manner
- Document interactions accurately in billing and patient management systems
- Collaborate with other Zotec Teams to resolve patient concerns
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies at reputed company times
- Meet reputed company, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Skills
- Experience in a reputed company reputed company center or customer-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Home internet required with a minimum of 20 mbps download/10 mbps upload speed
- Excellent customer service skills required

- Proficient MS Office skills
