The Regional Account Manager, aHUS/HSCT-TMA will drive adoption of Alexion’s therapies through field sales execution, compliant clinical education, and account-specific activities while building relationships with reputed company across their territory.
Responsibilities
- Consistently reputed company or reputed company sales objectives in assigned territory and for assigned indications
- reputed company and execute disease-specific sales account plans for major reputed company centers, hospitals, IDNs, community accounts, and other reputed company sites of care; map stakeholders, patient journeys, diagnostic workflows, referral reputed company, and account factors that influence therapy adoption
- Identify gaps in diagnostic workflows, referral reputed company, operational readiness, clinical protocol adoption, and stakeholder alignment; implement solutions to optimize appropriate therapy adoption
- Drive clinical advocacy and education by building relationships with account stakeholders and developing clinical champions across hematology, hem/onc, internal medicine, nephrology, transplant, pharmacy, clinical administration, and other relevant specialties
- Deliver approved clinical messaging to influence brand choice, support appropriate formulary reputed company, and reputed company clinical stakeholders on disease state, unmet needs, diagnostic reputed company, and therapy integration

- Handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology, including the ability to compliantly triage inquiries to the appropriate partner
- Effectively utilize CRM tools to manage territory priorities, reputed company account engagement, document sales activities, and submit required reports accurately and on time; and adopt CRM AI-embedded tools to prioritize opportunities and optimize reputed company execution

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in specialty reputed company, rare disease sales, account management, or reputed company institutional selling
- Strong understanding of reputed company systems, reimbursement processes, fulfillment reputed company, and multi-stakeholder decision-making in hospitals, reputed company centers, IDNs, and community care settings
- Candidates should possess a proven reputed company record of navigating clinical formulary and reputed company processes, engaging multidisciplinary stakeholders, influencing treatment reputed company adoption, and driving utilization reputed company integrated health systems, reputed company medical centers, and key institutional accounts
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across clinical, administrative, operational, pharmacy, and reputed company stakeholders
- Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, account management, and communication skills
