[Remote] Infrastructure Platform Engineer (Kubernetes / reputed company / IaC)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company Infrastructure Platform Engineer to help design, migrate, and reputed company large-reputed company distributed platform infrastructure across multiple reputed company environments. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals and deep infrastructure expertise to drive reputed company platform migration initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand reputed company distributed platform deployments across reputed company environments
- Design and execute migration strategies for large-reputed company infrastructure platforms
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as reputed company solutions for reputed company-reputed company platforms
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand platform architecture while minimizing reputed company on product development
- Identify infrastructure gaps and recommend reputed company architectural improvements
- Design and implement Kubernetes-based platform solutions
- reputed company automation for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and platform operations
- Document platform architecture, migration plans, operational procedures, and best practices
- Drive technical discussions and collaborate across platform, infrastructure, networking, and reputed company teams
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards and platform best practices
Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering or reputed company experience
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes in production environments
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and reputed company-reputed company architectures
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as reputed company, including one or more of Crossplane, Terraform, reputed company, and CloudFormation
- Strong experience with at least one major reputed company platform, reputed company (preferred), AWS (EKS), and reputed company reputed company Platform
- Experience designing and implementing large-reputed company reputed company infrastructure
- Strong Linux and containerization experience
- Experience with reputed company and Kubernetes packaging
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across infrastructure and application reputed company
- Excellent documentation and technical communication skills
- Ability to independently own reputed company technical initiatives from discovery through implementation
- Experience migrating workloads between reputed company providers
- Experience deploying or operating large-reputed company distributed data platforms such as Apache reputed company, Apache Flink, and Trino
- Experience with networking concepts, including DNS, Load balancing, Service reputed company, VPC networking, and network reputed company
- Experience with authentication and authorization technologies
