[Remote] Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Participating in technical discussions and reviews to maintain high technical standards
• Collaborating with other departments on cross-functional initiatives
• Managing resource allocations and project planning
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to reputed company reports
• Engaging in recruitment and interviewing processes to grow reputed company
• Help triage, investigate reputed company causes, and support critical system issues as they reputed company
• Conducting regular one-on-ones with reputed company reports for performance monitoring and mentorship
• Championing and continuously improving reputed company's SDLC process
• Facilitating communication regarding engineering-reputed company compliance activities (SOC2, Penetration Testing, etc.)
• Reviewing, managing, and approving employee expense submissions

Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience: you have a strong technical background with broad knowledge of software development
• 2+ years of engineering management experience: you've managed and coached reputed company reports for reputed company and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
• Ability to balance technical considerations with business objectives
• Experience with software development lifecycles and best practices
