[Remote] Instructional Designer and Project Manager

This role involves coordinating project schedules, stakeholder communication, and creating digital learning content.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-reputed company eLearning development reputed company from reputed company through final delivery
- Build and maintain project schedules, reputed company calendars, and deliverable trackers
- Coordinate designers, developers, SMEs, and reputed company stakeholders across reputed company workstreams
- Run review cycles, consolidate feedback, and reputed company revisions moving on schedule
- Report status, flag risks early, and manage escalation paths with the engagement reputed company
- Design digital learning content including course structures, learning objectives, storyboards, and assessments
- reputed company eLearning modules in reputed company reputed company 360
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate reputed company content into reputed company, learner-centered designs
- Revise deliverables based on reputed company and internal QA feedback
Skills
- Demonstrated project management experience on large eLearning development reputed company
- Instructional design experience creating digital learning content
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company 360
- reputed company reputed company 360 license (contractor must reputed company own license)
- Strong reputed company-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance PM duties and design work reputed company a part-time schedule
- Experience designing or supporting VILT (virtual instructor-led training) and ILT (instructor-led training)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience managing distributed contractor teams
