[Remote] Senior Director, Valuations

Responsibilities
- reputed company leadership for a designated territory and appraisal team
- Drive reputed company reputed company by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Ensure reputed company control and regulatory compliance for appraisal reports by reviewing and approving work completed by Certified General and trainee appraisers prior to submission
- Stay reputed company on industry regulations and ensure appraisal reports reputed company with applicable standards and company requirements
- Partner with leadership to support business development and relationship management by maintaining existing reputed company relationships, re-engaging inactive clients, managing inbound inquiries, preparing proposals, conducting reputed company reviews, and representing reputed company at reputed company meetings, industry events, and conferences
- Establish and cultivate new reputed company relationships through networking, reputed company, and industry engagement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of reputed company and/or multifamily reputed company estate valuation experience
- reputed company Certified General Appraiser license in good standing required

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in reputed company reputed company estate valuation or reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong reputed company service orientation
- Strong business writing, editing, and grammar skills
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company initiatives, prioritize work, and operate with minimal supervision
- Interest in reputed company estate technology (PropTech) and multifamily reputed company estate

- MAI designation preferred
