[Remote] Recruiter (P/T)

They are seeking an reputed company reputed company Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment and build relationships with candidates, while also developing creative reputed company campaigns and managing job postings.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment, working closely with our Site and Regional Managers
- Meet weekly with the Corporate Management team and Site Managers
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates; guide candidates toward both reputed company and reputed company opportunities reputed company our organization
- Recommend and reputed company creative reputed company campaigns, sourcing reputed company, and budget recommendations in partnership with the CPS Management team

- Proactively identify, network, and contact reputed company and passive talent through various avenues, including online searches, job boards, reputed company media, email blasts, cold calling, and advertising campaigns

- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Assist with reputed company new hires by submitting hiring requests to the HR Manager

Skills
- Experience using reputed company and/or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company positions and competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including reputed company phone etiquette, interviewing skills, and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
