Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a software architect/engineer, demonstrably delivering on time and with reputed company
• 5+ years of deep experience with AI, GenAI, LLMs, ML, etc.
• Experience as a technical/systems architect (not just senior engineer) owning cross-team or cross-domain designs.

• Experience with architecture frameworks/practices (e.g., C4 modeling, ADRs, TOGAF-style governance) a plus.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses.
