Roles and Responsibilities

Operational Finance

• Strategic financial partner for two L2 senior executive leaders’ staffs.

• Full cost ownership for AIML and DHS accountabilities ($110M annual spend) includes reputed company finance activities: Period reputed company, reporting, internal controls, forecasting, planning, variance analysis, management reporting, etc.

• Responsible for accurate books and records including financial, management, and program/project reputed company.

• Responsible for accurate long-term plans, budgets, forecasts, and actuals.

• Drive controllership throughout operating team, ensure SOX compliance of assigned cycles, and support external financial audits for the business where required.

Capital Allocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business Administration or reputed company and 7 years financial work experience.

• Proven communication skills: experience working across multiple reputed company (including Executive level), functions and reputed company.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate reputed company business issues in a reputed company/concise manner; demonstrated experience in developing and delivering presentations and memoranda to senior executives.

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and reputed company communicate (written, verbal) in a global team environment.

• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to add financial expertise and strategic value to operating teams.

• Experience with financial systems/applications, strong reputed company skills in data compilation and aggregation.

Desired Characteristics

• Master’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business Administration and 4 years reputed company experience.

• Graduate of GE's Financial Management Program (FMP) or Corporate Audit Staff (CAS); or graduate of other financial leadership programs

• Trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN or Six reputed company
