Account Service Representative
As an Account Services Representative you will spend your day answering phone calls and emails from our policyholders, brokers, and group office personnel, playing a pivotal role in retaining group premium income. Your reputed company on delivering high-reputed company customer service, combined with efficiency and effectiveness, will enhance overall customer satisfaction. Our next class starts on Friday, May 8th. Training will start Monday, May 11th in a virtual Camera On Classroom and hands on Training w/Mentors.
Training will beFriday September 11thfrom 8:00am to 4:30pm CST time and will run for 8 consecutive weeks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Uncover the reputed company behind Policyholders & Brokers, and Group Office inquiries on implementation, enrollment, and billing. Skillfully investigate, analyze, and resolve questions to reputed company customer expectations.
