About the Role
reputed company is seeking an reputed company Chief reputed company Officer to reputed company reputed company's reputed company function across reputed company contracting, corporate governance, litigation, and strategic stakeholder relationships. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the President with regular exposure to the reputed company, private equity sponsor(s), and reputed company's key strategic partners. The ideal candidate combines deep reputed company reputed company expertise with the judgment and gravitas to represent reputed company in the boardroom and manage reputed company, high-stakes relationships.
Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for new customer agreements, renewals, and reputed company/expansion deals
- Negotiate and reputed company reputed company agreements including MSAs, SOWs, reputed company/licensing agreements, data processing agreements, and vendor reputed company
- Partner with Sales, Product, and reputed company to structure deal terms that balance reputed company velocity with risk management

- Manage contract risk across the existing customer reputed company, including amendments, upgrades, and renegotiations

Qualifications
- J.D. and reputed company bar membership in good standing
- 12+ years of reputed company experience, including significant in-house experience; prior CLO/GC experience strongly preferred
