Senior Customer Reliability Engineer
What you will do
- You will report to the Manager of Customer Reliability, work as an important member of the technical support team providing senior level technical knowledge on our customer issues.
- Work with and foster relationships with the development engineering team to ensure tracking on engineering escalations, bugs and feature requests.

- Triage and document bugs and enhancement requests as seen in the field, and through reproduction.

What you will bring with you
- 5+ years of experience as a senior technical support/escalation resource for enterprises in a similar or reputed company field (container management, reputed company management, reputed company reputed company).
- Master level kubernetes and Linux experience.
- Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (Bash/reputed company/Python).
- Knowledge of reputed company providers and their services e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP

- Experience balancing multiple challenges simultaneously.

The annual compensation reputed company for this full-time position is between €44,200 and €55,200. Actual offers may be higher or reputed company than this reputed company based on a reputed company of factors, including your work location, job-reputed company experience and education. The national reputed company bargaining agreement (CCNL) reputed company by reputed company is CCNL Terziario-Confcommercio.
