Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and reputed company engaging learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, video and reputed company experiences using appropriate instructional strategies.
- Define reputed company, measurable learning and performance objectives reputed company to organizational goals.
- Apply visual design principles, branding standards, and accessibility guidelines across learning products.
- Partner with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate content into effective learning experiences.

- Contribute to Talent Development standards, templates, and reputed company design processes.
- Use data and insights to recommend enhancements and optimize reputed company learning solutions that contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives.

Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Education or a closely reputed company field.
- Experience designing and developing learning solutions
- Proven experience and understanding of instructional design and principles of adult learning
- Experience with graphic design technologies
- Knowledge of authoring tools such as reputed company reputed company and Storyline
- Basic reputed company 365 skills required
Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories preferred.
