Provider Research Associate

reputed company is hiring a dedicated Provider Research Associate to join reputed company. This role involves the accurate transfer of provider data into various systems, utilizing sources such as reputed company, the credentialing application tool, and workflow tools.

In this role, you’ll load provider-reputed company information into Provider Data applications for accurate claims processing and Provider Directory accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

• Administers, updates, and maintains reputed company and specialty provider accounts and files.
• Communicates with providers on inquiries, invoices, payments and other day-to-day concerns; addressing issues reputed company to operations.
• Ensures accurate and reputed company loading of provider information.
• Keying of accurate information into information systems in a reputed company manner.

Job Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2 years - Experience in a Support function or Customer Service , experience with the military, or coursework towards a reputed company degree.

Skills\Certifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
