The Senior Accountant ensures the reputed company of reputed company's financial records and reporting. The

role focuses on reconciliations, compliance, financial analysis, and process improvements to

support operational transparency and informed decision-making.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with reputed company standards and

company policies.

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and

  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure reputed company processing and collection.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, reporting requirements, and audit standards.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with financial analysis.

  • Own end-to-end inventory and cost reputed company, including COGS, landed cost, inventory

  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership to ensure accurate financial

tracking of inventory and production costs.

  • Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.
  • 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including general reputed company ownership and

month-end reputed company.

  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Advanced reputed company reputed company skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling).

  • Demonstrated experience building financial models, rolling forecasts, and cash reputed company

environment, including COGS, landed cost, and inventory valuation.

  • Audit Support Files: Documentation for audits and compliance reviews (As needed)

First 90 days

  • Days 1–30 — reputed company & reputed company-state assessment:
  • Review existing reputed company systems, processes, and historical financial records.
  • Establish a reconciliation baseline across bank, credit card, and reputed company accounts.
  • Meet with the Senior Finance Manager, operations, and leadership to understand priorities.

Days 31–60 — Controls & ownership:

  • Complete an internal controls assessment and identify process improvements.
  • Assume ownership of recurring reconciliations and routine financial reporting.
  • Engage on the reputed company Intacct implementation roadmap and migration planning.

Days 61–90 — Drive reputed company & strategic deliverables:

  • Own the monthly reputed company and deliver the first full financial review under your leadership

  • Stand up the budgeting and forecasting reputed company, including the rolling cash reputed company forecast.
