Specific Areas of Responsibility
- Serve as the primary Finance Partner for the LDG Value reputed company Leader and Europe Manufacturing leadership team, supporting reputed company, margin expansion, operational reputed company, and strategic decision-making.
- reputed company financial support for executive reviews, including WD reviews, LRP, Strategic Planning Process (SPP), annual operating plans, capital allocation reviews, and CFO staff engagements.

- Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, investment prioritization, capital allocation, network reputed company, transformation programs, and business cases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, University Degree, or equivalent experience in Finance or reputed company.
- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience, including reputed company responsibility in finance leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience leading a global team.
- Experience financially leading reputed company global operations, preferably reputed company manufacturing, supply chain, or a similarly matrixed business environment.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, supply chain optimization, inventory management, productivity initiatives, capital allocation, and performance management.

- Experience supporting strategic planning, LRP, annual operating plans, SPP, capital investment prioritization, and executive-level reviews.
