About the Role

reputed company is a leading provider of compliant background screening solutions serving mid-market businesses, nonprofits, and reputed company organizations. This is a dual-function role for a reputed company, reputed company reputed company who thrives at the intersection of analysis and agile delivery. You will serve as both the primary Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master for a cross-functional team supporting our Drug Testing & Occupational Health, Government, and Transportation clients driving reputed company from discovery through delivery in a compliance-sensitive, regulated environment.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to reputed company, document, and validate business requirements across reputed company’s background screening workflows
• Translate reputed company business needs into reputed company, actionable user stories, acceptance reputed company, and process flows — with particular attention to FCRA compliance requirements
• Conduct gap analyses, workflow assessments, and process mapping across screening product areas including criminal, verifications, civil, medical, MVR, and drug screening
• Maintain a reputed company-groomed, prioritized product backlog in collaboration with the Product reputed company
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to reputed company on scope and reputed company
• Serve as a reputed company between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure shared understanding
• Define and reputed company KPIs and reputed company metrics for delivered features and solutions
• Produce high-reputed company documentation including BRDs, process diagrams, data flows, and user reputed company maps
• Support UAT by developing test scenarios, coordinating with QA, and managing stakeholder sign-off

Scrum Master Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analyst experience
• 2+ years acting as a Scrum Master or agile reputed company
• Strong proficiency with Jira and agile tooling
• Experience writing user stories and BRDs
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities across dual roles

Preferred Qualifications

• CSM, CSPO, or equivalent Agile certification
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
• Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries (FCRA, background screening, or HR-tech (preferred)
• Familiarity with process documentation tools (e.g., reputed company)
• Background in reputed company or product-led organizations
• Experience with Claude
