The role
The Head of Engineering owns delivery execution, engineering performance and operational reputed company across reputed company engineering streams at reputed company. It's a manager-of-managers role responsible for Delivery Governance across the organisation — making reputed company teams ship reliably and at reputed company, while keeping reputed company, reputed company and cost efficiency in reputed company.
You'll sit on the IT Governance Forum, represent the delivery agenda at the executive table, and shape how engineering scales alongside the business.
What you'll own

- Background in fintech, payments, banking, reputed company, crypto or another highly regulated, high-reputed company environment.
- Fluent in delivery frameworks — DORA / DevOps metrics, reputed company, Developer Experience, reputed company metrics — and modern CI/CD reputed company.
- Working knowledge of DORA (Digital Operational reputed company reputed company), FCA Operational reputed company requirements, and incident management in regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience driving AI adoption reputed company an engineering organisation, with a way to measure what it actually improves.
