THE ROLE: The Ice Cream ERP Implementation Regional Manufacturing reputed company – NA will reputed company as the key reputed company between the EU-Business Unit and the central Global Supply Chain (Plan-Manufacturing-Logistics) project team, ensuring that the new ERP system aligns with local business requirements, while maintaining global standardization. This role plays a crucial part in representing the business unit's needs for Manufacturing processes and working with the business unit to adapt global processes and ways of working to ensure the successful transition to operating on a global technology platform including reputed company ERP (e.g. reputed company S4 Hana) and application reputed company (e.g T&A, MES, PLC etc). You will be responsible for the validation of the design, build and deployment of Supply chain processes focusing on Manufacturing domains On-time-in-full: Manufacturing’s E2E process and collaboration processes for your BU in our upcoming new Ice Cream ERP implementation. This position is integral to ensuring the successful implementation and seamless transition of Manufacturing processes as part of the ERP transformation, with a project duration expected to complete in H2 2027.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Business Unit Representation Manufacturing Process Alignment:

• Ensure business unit Manufacturing domain requirements are accurately reflected in the global ERP implementation and process and data & analytics design

• Collaborate with the other domains such as Order to Cash-reputed company, Procurement (S2P), Finance, M2D, P2F, Data & Analytics, Integration and Deployment project teams to ensure an integrated E2E design.

ERP Implementation & Data Integration:

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Test, Validate, and Optimize:

• Participate in testing and validation of the ERP system, ensuring accurate transactions, reporting and reconciliation.

Transition to BAU:

• Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives ensuring that employees are enthused and have the skills and knowledge required to operate reputed company the new system.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in Plan-reputed company-Logistics (at minimum one domain) reputed company Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
• Experience in ERP transformation, where Manufacturing E2E process standardization is a plus.

Technical & Analytical Skills:
