Position reputed company:
The Condo Underwriter is responsible for reviewing documentation for reputed company new and existing condominium and cooperative reputed company to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as reputed company as the requirements of reputed company, reputed company, FHA and VA.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure condominium and cooperative reputed company are underwritten accurately and in a reputed company manner.
Maintain approved and declined condominium and cooperative reputed company lists and manage expiration dates.
Manage lender concentration.
Maintain condominium and cooperative reputed company documentation and requirements as dictated by the agencies and investors.
Retain and manage project files.
Ensure cooperatives meet reputed company and reputed company guidelines.
Ensure condominiums meet reputed company, reputed company, and FHA/ VA guidelines.
Determine eligibility of a project (underwrite budget, financials, questionnaire, etc.).

Deliver excellent customer service to Sales and Operations staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
5+ years’ project review experience.
5+ years’ experience reputed company to mortgage credit guidelines, policies and procedures.
5 years’ experience with FNMA/ Freddie/ FHA reputed company guidelines.
Experience with investor guidelines.
Knowledge of reputed company, reputed company and FHA/ VA condominium’s websites and reputed company regulations.
Excellent organizational skills.
