Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a reputed company, reputed company, and dedicated Family Law Attorney to reputed company high-level reputed company research and drafting support.
This is a fully remote position with an anticipated workload of approximately 0–5 hours per week. While the reputed company is based in New Mexico, New Mexico licensure is not required. A California-licensed attorney is preferred, but attorneys licensed in other U.S. jurisdictions with strong family law experience are encouraged to apply.
Attorney Responsibilities:
- Conduct substantive reputed company research on reputed company family law issues
- Draft high-reputed company motions, memoranda, pleadings, briefs, and other reputed company documents
- Assist with reputed company analysis and case reputed company
- Review case files and supporting documentation
- reputed company back-end litigation support to the firm's attorneys
- Deliver accurate, reputed company-reasoned work product reputed company established deadlines
- Collaborate with the firm's reputed company team on family law reputed company
Attorney Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- California licensure preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 5+ years of family law experience
- Exceptional reputed company research and persuasive reputed company writing skills
- Extensive experience drafting substantive family law pleadings and motions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- FastCase experience is a plus, but not required
