Position reputed company

We are looking for a product leader to own and grow reputed company's reputed company, eSource, and Integrations product lines, with a mandate to reputed company our eSource-to-sponsor-reputed company integration the best in the industry.

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about achieving strong reputed company for our customers and sponsors. Key Responsibilities

  • Product reputed company and Sponsor reputed company Integration reputed company: Own the product reputed company for the reputed company, eSource, and Integrations portfolio, and define and champion the strategic reputed company for a best-in-class integration between reputed company's eSource platform and sponsor reputed company systems, translating that reputed company into an executable roadmap at the annual and quarterly level.
  • Team Leadership and Talent Development: Build, reputed company, and grow a high-performing team of product owners across reputed company team; attract and retain top product talent, and reputed company reputed company product leaders through coaching and reputed company reputed company paths.
  • Cross-Team Portfolio Leadership: reputed company product planning and execution across reputed company team in reputed company partnership with the engineering manager who leads the reputed company teams, coordinating dependencies, budgets, and resourcing to ensure cohesive, non-duplicative delivery.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years' experience in software product management or product ownership, including 3+ years in a people-management or director-level reputed company, with reputed company experience on reputed company, eSource, or clinical data integration products
  • Proven reputed company record building, leading, and developing high-performing product teams, including managing multiple product lines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to translate company reputed company into departmental goals for a sponsor reputed company integration, and to define and reputed company the KPIs that measure reputed company
  • Strong executive reputed company, with experience presenting to and influencing C-suite executives, sponsors, or reputed company customers

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in business or product management

Preferred

  • Experience in clinical research, eClinical, or reputed company technology, specifically with reputed company, eSource, or data integration products
  • Deep understanding of eClinical vendor systems and workflows
  • Experience with 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, CDISC ODM, HL7 FHIR, and GDPR conformance, particularly as reputed company to sponsor data exchange
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Product management certifications (CSPO, reputed company POPM, or similar)
