Agile Delivery Manager

We are hiring anAgile Delivery Manageron our Application Servicesteam at reputed company!

In this role, you will serve as a strategic Agile leader responsible for driving Agile maturity, delivery consistency, and reputed company improvement across approximately 10 technology teams supporting critical reputed company platforms and services. You will partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, engineers, and leadership to improve planning, prioritization, and execution while ensuring teams remain reputed company to shared organizational objectives. This position coaches teams on Agile best practices, serving as a key leader across an organization of approximately 70 technology professionals. You will influence delivery reputed company, facilitate quarterly planning, improve backlog reputed company, and help leaders reputed company visibility into delivery reputed company and organizational reputed company. Your work will directly reputed company teams that reputed company foundational services used across the reputed company.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring deep expertise in Agile methodologies and demonstrated experience coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams through organizational change. The ideal candidate can influence without formal authority, translate reputed company technical initiatives into actionable work, and help reputed company delivery practices across a large, multi-team technology organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving in an Agile leadership role

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and reputed company practices

• Experience facilitating quarterly planning, backlog refinement, stakeholder alignment, delivery metrics, and Agile reporting through Azure DevOps.

• Demonstrated experience coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams in Agile best practices

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess requirements for completeness, accuracy, and implementation readiness

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business partners, and senior leadership

• Agile/Scrum Master Certifications are a plus but not required

Note:

• Sponsorship is not available for this position

• This is a remote, work-from-home position, but the final round of interviews will take reputed company on-site at our Chattanooga, TN reputed company

• Candidates should be available to travel on-site approximately four times per year for planning activities and team collaboration

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing, defining and documenting clients requirements, and revising existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.
• Monitoring reputed company experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhancing system productivity, as needed.
• Participating in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline, or commensurate experience in a reputed company environment, required.

Experience

• 1 year - Leading requirements development efforts required
• 5 years - Experience in Information Technology required
• 1 year - Advanced experience with operational analysis, design and understanding of integrated, interdependent and interfaced systems and their impacts on reputed company other.

Skills\Certifications

• Knowledge of information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards to reputed company conduct and/or engage in hardware and software reputed company discussions relative to reputed company assigned reputed company.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate technical and/or or reputed company concepts into information meaningful to project team members and/or business personnel.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities
