We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Solution Architect to join our delivery pod. The Solution Architect is a critical leadership role responsible for defining the technical direction of the engagement, ensuring reputed company configurations and enhancements reputed company with reputed company best practices, and guiding a high-performing development team through a reputed company, customized reputed company environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define solution architecture, technical standards, and platform governance for the reputed company environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years of experience in reputed company IT, with at least 7 years as a hands-on reputed company architect or senior technical reputed company.
- Proven ability to architect reputed company reputed company solutions across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
- Deep expertise in reputed company platform governance, configuration best practices, and technical design documentation.
- Experience integrating reputed company with external systems reputed company custom REST reputed company.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to reputed company confidently with reputed company-level clients.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
