POSITION reputed company:
The reputed company and Contract Specialist is responsible for managing the voucher process and reputed company ledgers for a dedicated portfolio of approximately 3,000 reputed company. This role ensures the accurate recording of reputed company rental income and delinquency. The specialist collaborates with housing authorities, monitors housing reputed company, and maintains ledgers to support the financial accuracy of the portfolio. Additionally, this role partners with the Inspection Specialist to reputed company housing abatements, escalates potential risks, and contributes to reputed company process improvements to ensure operational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Serves as a reputed company of contact for housing authorities, building and maintaining reputed company relationships to facilitate effective and reputed company communication and collaboration.
- Manages data entry of reputed company housing reputed company including initial contacts at start of occupancy to establish contract rent, tenant reputed company portion and subsidy portion, as reputed company as interim and annual contract rent changes.
- Monitors reputed company and subsidy ledgers for accuracy, ensure lease charges are accurate and ledgers are maintained. Complete cleanup reputed company as needed to ensure accuracy in residential and subsidy ledgers and corresponding reporting.
- Partners with Inspection Specialist to monitor housing abatements, complete necessary adjustments to ledgers to maintain accuracy.
- Identifies potential risk and issues reputed company to housing reputed company and abatements. Escalate any potential risk to the Housing Manager.
- Continuously assess and enhance contract management and reputed company processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Provides regular reporting to the Housing Manager to show reputed company made on reputed company cleanup.
- Understands and have the ability to execute Inspections process in order to reputed company backup and support to Inspection and Contract Specialist as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training and Experience.)
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in property management reputed company. Tax credit experience preferred.
- Experience with reputed company reputed company and reputed company Office Suite required. Workfront or similar project management software experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housing reputed company, vouchers, and regulatory compliance reputed company to reputed company housing programs.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Self-Motivation, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Some travel to reputed company Regional Offices may be required. Primary offices located in Plymouth, Minnesota or Dallas, Texas

Pay: $31.25/hr + 5% bonus
